We assume that you can prepare a simple breakfast, make a cup of tea and a light snack using your own provisions stocked in your fridge. Your lunch time meal is prepared for you and is compulsory, your unit will be cleaned once a week and laundry will also be done once a week.
There are 14 spacious open plan Assisted Living units measuring from 30m² to 45m² on average with a kitchen nook, built in cupboards and bathroom with a covered stoep measuring 12m².
There is one 1-bedroom unit with bedroom, on-suite bathroom and open plan lounge and kitchen nook with built in cupboards situated in the established garden measuring 56m² with a 12m² stoep .
* Independent Living
When a senior chooses an independent living community, he or she has the physical and mental capacity to live independently and self-sufficient, but wants companionship from his/her age. Occupants living independently in the Estate may require only minimum level of care services i.e. first level care. However additional services such as laundry and housekeeping are available from time to time which will be provided at an additional cost.
